Each piece of artwork is created using different techniques that enhance the visual depth and mystery. The first layer is a sheet of plexiglass painted on both sides and coated with thick layer of encaustic wax. Next is a layer of shards of peeled mica fracturing the surface increasing the depth. Finally the lights are added.
