I applied acrylic paint freehand to a flat canvas, creating an image of Carrollton, Kentucky, the town of my childhood, also known as the city of two rivers. My longing for this place inspired the painting, which features the Kentucky and Ohio Rivers and the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
